What's a Nervous System Approach?

A nervous system approach means we work scientifically and somatically with your body’s internal wiring--because that’s what drives how you feel, respond, connect, and function every day.

This approach also includes the somatic experience of change: noticing how emotions and situations show up in your body, then exploring how small shifts in posture, breath, and attention can change what’s possible.
