This is private 1:1 coaching designed to help you create clarity, confidence, and calm in how you work and live. To establish strong momentum, we’ll meet weekly during the first month. This intensive start ensures a solid foothold for your progress. Following this, each month you’ll receive:

A guided Group Call
We’ll begin each month together in a small gathering — coming together around a monthly theme that helps you explore what’s alive in your nervous system, your work, and your life.
I’ll share a teaching or somatic experience to ground us such as:
- A nervous system practice to help you stay grounded in uncertainty
- A movement sequence to support clearer boundaries
- An exploration of how your body holds permission or protection
Then we'll have an
open space for reflective sharing. Often you can hear yourself more clearly in the presence of others.

Private 1:1 Session with me
We'll meet one-on-one virtually each month.
This is your space to bring whatever feels most alive, whether it’s a decision you’re holding, a pattern you’re ready to shift, or a challenging situation that needs care.
We’ll move at the pace of your system, as we incorporate nervous system-informed coaching, body-based practices, and deep presence to help you reconnect with your own knowing.

Midway through the month, you’ll receive a simple reflection to help you pause, integrate, and listen inward — not as another “should,” but as an invitation to stay with yourself as you move through life.
We'll build in space on purpose.
This is not about constantly being “on," but about learning to stay with yourself — and each other — in a way that's nourishing.

I've lived this.
I know what it's like to be the one others count on while quietly holding exhaustion and confusion underneath it all. I have that inner voice that says, "You gotta keep going because you said you would" that drowns out all the other parts begging to STOP!
What changed everything was learning how to be in relationship with myself again — to listen to my body, stay present with my emotions, and rebuild trust with the parts of me I had pushed aside.
I bring nervous system-informed coaching and body-based practices to this work. But more than anything, I bring a belief that change doesn't require abandoning who you are. It asks you to come home to yourself more fully than you ever have before.

What if I’m already stretched too thin — will this just be one more thing on my plate?
This work is intentionally designed to support you, not overwhelm you. Rather than adding more pressure, you'll learn to create space and ease in your life. Many clients find they actually have more energy and capacity after just a few sessions because they're no longer fighting themselves at every turn.
I'm not even sure what I want right now. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. You don't need clarity about your five-year plan to benefit from this work. Many women who join feel exactly that way — standing at the edge of something but unable to name it yet. This work helps you reconnect with yourself so you can hear what you actually want underneath all the noise and expectations.
What if I can't make a scheduled session?
All sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. We work together to find times that honour your schedule and energy levels.
Can I extend beyond the 6-month package?
Yes. Many clients choose to continue working together as they integrate these new ways of being. The 6-month minimum gives us enough time to create real, lasting change.
What if this doesn't work for me?
This work requires your active participation and willingness to try new approaches. However, if you're genuinely engaging with the process and not seeing any positive shifts by the end of month one, we'll reassess our approach and adjust accordingly.
