Amanda's Story
The Road Back to Herself
When Amanda first started working with Kathy, she was struggling with severe long COVID symptoms that had persisted for 3 years.
She couldn't taste or smell properly, experienced debilitating brain fog, and most significantly, was unable to go on the walks that had been a core part of her life before. She couldn't even stand for extended periods without exhaustion.
This impacted not just her physical health but her sense of self and her ability to run her business.
Over the course of their sessions, Mandy began experiencing incremental but meaningful improvements through specific nervous system drills. After only 3 weeks, her sense of taste and smell started returning, allowing her to experience things like coffee and spicy food again.
A major breakthrough came when she was able to take multiple walks in a week - something that hadn't been possible for over a year.
Perhaps most significantly, Mandy began feeling like herself again. As she put it: "I'm getting myself back...it's not just all of this symptom stuff, I feel like 'Oh my gosh, Here I am again!'"
In less than 3 months, Mandy had gone from being unable stand for long periods of time to regularly walking a mile, experiencing improved taste and smell, and better managing her energy despite ongoing stressors.
She gained practical tools to help regulate her nervous system and a new understanding of her body's needs.

Josette's story
Finding Balance and a Better Normal
Josette's journey with vertigo and tinnitus began in 2018 after a severe ear infection. While the infection eventually cleared up, it left her with persistent vertigo that would trigger debilitating migraines when she became overtired or run down. The tinnitus became a constant 24/7 companion.
When she first started experiencing these symptoms, they were severely impacting her daily life. She couldn't even sit in a chair without feeling like she was falling. She had to constantly maintain three points of contact just to feel stable - both feet planted firmly on the floor and one hand gripping the chair. Walking became so challenging that she needed to use a cane when going outside because she didn't feel safe. In meetings, she would often have to watch recordings later because she couldn't participate normally. She had to constantly rearrange her schedule, figuring out what could be postponed and what absolutely had to be done that day.
The conventional medical approach wasn't working for her. Doctors ran countless tests and wanted to prescribe medications, but her body typically reacts poorly to drugs - she either gets the worst-case side effects or the exact opposite of the intended effect. She knew she needed to find alternative solutions.
Through this program, she experienced significant improvements. Her tinnitus went from what she'd rate as an 8 out of 10 to a 4 out of 10 in terms of how much it interferes with her life. The vertigo became much more manageable - she hasn't had significant episodes for several weeks at a time. She's now able to walk confidently without a cane, and she can even wear high heels again for extended periods without any foot pain, which is something she hadn't been able to do for years.
One of the most significant improvements was in her overall stability and balance. The exercises and drills, though simple, made a remarkable difference. Learning techniques like the ear pulls and chin-to-shoulder walks gave her tools to manage her symptoms when they start to flare up. She became more aware of her body's signals and learned how to respond effectively.
The impact on her daily life changed everything. She no longer needs to constantly plan around her condition or worry about when the next episode might strike. She can participate fully in meetings and activities without having to make special arrangements. The program helped her develop a consistent routine that keeps her symptoms under control, allowing her to focus on her work and daily activities rather than constantly managing her condition.
What's particularly valuable is that she gained these improvements without relying on medications. Instead, she learned practical, physical techniques that she can use anywhere, anytime. The exercises are simple enough to integrate into her daily routine, taking just a few minutes several times throughout the day.
While she still has occasional challenging days, she now has the tools and understanding to manage them effectively. She's no longer at the mercy of her symptoms, and she's regained a sense of control over her daily life. This program helped her achieve what she was looking for - a "better normal" than what she had resigned herself to living with.
