Ride Without Pain

Reduce or eliminate chronic pain and anxiety—without meds, surgery, or workouts that don't fit your life—so you can move freely, connect with your horse, and stop bracing for what might go wrong.

You just want to keep riding.

But lately, your body feels like the thing deciding whether you can—or whether you should even try.

Maybe it's your hips that won't let you swing your leg over anymore. Or your lower back that screams at the trot. Maybe it's the fear that's crept in—the worry about falling, about getting hurt, about not being able to balance the way you used to.

And the hardest part: your world is getting smaller.

You're skipping the clinics. Saying no to the trail ride. Avoiding cantering your own horse. The barn used to be where you went to feel alive—now you're calculating what you can handle and what might cost you for the next three days.

You're tired of managing. You want something that actually lasts.

Move Better, Ride Better

Imagine waking up and your first thought isn't about pain.

You head to the barn and move through your routine—brushing, tacking, mounting—without a running tally of what hurts and what you'll regret tomorrow.

The clinic invitation doesn't make you want to hide. The trail ride sounds fun, not risky. You can ask your horse to canter because you want to, not because you're testing whether you can handle it.

This shift doesn't happen because pain vanished overnight. It happens because you finally have tools that work with your nervous system instead of against it.

The alarm bells quiet down.

The bracing eases.

You're present with your horse instead of managing your body.

And your horse notices.

Your aids become clearer. Your balance improves. The tension that was showing up in the saddle—the stiffness, the anticipation—starts to release. The whole partnership changes.

This is real. And it becomes possible when your nervous system learns it's safe to let go.

Why Nothing Has Worked So Far

You've tried stretching. You've done the core work. Maybe you've been to physical therapy, the chiropractor, even various body workers and yoga. Some things helped for a week, maybe two. Then the pain came back—or it just moved somewhere else.

Here's what nobody tells you: most chronic pain doesn't actually live in your muscles. It lives in your nervous system.

Your brain learned to create pain as a protective response—maybe after a fall, maybe from years of compensating, maybe from stress your body never fully processed. And now, even though the original injury healed, your nervous system is still bracing, still guarding, still sounding the alarm.

That's why stretching and strengthening only go so far. You can't muscle your way out of a brain pattern.

But you CAN teach your nervous system something new. And when you do, everything shifts.

What You'll Receive

A 3-month private coaching program

This is one-on-one coaching designed to help you move with less pain, ride with more confidence, and rebuild trust in your body—whether you're in the saddle every week or working your way back after injury.

We start with steady, hands-on support to give your nervous system the consistency it needs to respond. This isn't about pushing through or managing symptoms. It's about learning how to work with your nervous system so your body can finally begin to shift.

1

12 Weekly Private Sessions (60 min via Zoom)

We meet weekly to build momentum and give your body the consistency it needs. Each session includes nervous system education, guided movement practices, and time to integrate what's working. You'll have 4 months to complete all 12 sessions, so life happening doesn't derail your progress.

2

Your Own Custom Movement Library

You'll receive a private Trello board with your personalized movement plan—videos, notes, and practices updated as we go. No more wondering "what do I do between sessions?" You'll always know your next step.

3

Lifetime Access to Your Sessions

Every session is recorded and saved to your board, so you can revisit key practices and breakthrough moments on your own time

4

Between Session Support

You'll have light access to voice/text support for quick check-ins or questions about your drills. This isn't 24/7 coaching—but you'll never feel like you're figuring it out alone.

5

Real Progress in Real Time

This isn't a quick fix. But most clients begin noticing subtle shifts—less tension, more ease, fewer flare-ups—within the first few sessions. The goal is to give you tools that work and help you make them part of your life.

6

Optional Ongoing Support (After Your Program)

If your body needs more time to unwind old patterns (and after years of pain, it might), we can continue with monthly sessions or a custom rhythm that supports your process—no pressure, no overcommitment.

Why I Can Help

I've been exactly where you are—and I know the way out.

In 2019, I got bucked off and didn't ride again for three years. Not just because of fear—though that was real—but because I was in too much pain to trust my own body.

At one point, it took me ten minutes just to roll over in bed. I couldn't groom my horse without my back seizing up. I couldn't bend down to pick up a hoof without wondering if I'd be able to stand back up.

I tried everything: physical therapy, chiropractic, craniosacral, Rolfing, acupuncture, fascia work, yoga, and more. Some things helped a little. Nothing lasted.

Then I found nervous system-based work.

Honestly, I was skeptical, but I was also desperate. I couldn't argue with the fact that within four weeks of practicing consistently, I had my first pain-free day in over a decade. Four months later, the pain was completely gone. And it's still gone.

I still remember waking up each morning, checking for pain, and still being amazed I was pain-free.

That shift didn't just give me my body back. It gave me my horse back. It gave me my life back.

Since 2021, I've trained deeply in understanding how this works.

I studied
the brain's role in pain, anxiety, and emotional regulation, and became a certified neurosomatic practitioner.

I've helped clients resolve chronic back pain, shoulder issues, vestibular migraines, and long COVID symptoms using these same principles.

Now I'm bringing this work specifically to horse people—because I know firsthand what it's like when pain steals your partnership, and I know what it takes to get it back.

Real Client Journeys

  • Josette: Finding Balance and a Better Normal

After years of vertigo and tinnitus following a severe ear infection, Josette had resigned herself to a life of constant instability.

Through targeted nervous system work, she regained her balance—literally and figuratively. Her tinnitus quieted, her vertigo episodes became rare, and she can now walk confidently without a cane (and even in heels again).

Most importantly, she’s no longer ruled by her symptoms—she’s living what she calls a “better normal.”

  • Amanda: The Road Back to Herself

After years of long COVID symptoms, Amanda had lost her sense of taste, smell, energy, and even identity. Through gentle, targeted nervous system work, her body began to reawaken. Within weeks, her senses returned, and she was walking again — but more importantly, she felt like herself for the first time in years.

What I Wish I'd Known Sooner

The longer you wait, the more your body learns that pain is the new normal—but change is possible at any stage.

From experience, I know pain doesn't just go away on its own. It might shift to a different area. It might quiet down for a bit and then roar back. Your nervous system patterns get more entrenched the longer they go unaddressed.

Meanwhile, your world keeps getting smaller. You skip more rides. Avoid more opportunities. Start planning your life around what you can physically handle instead of what you actually want to do.

When I finally got out of pain, I realized how much:

  • Energy I'd been spending just trying to get through the day
  • Tension I was carrying without even knowing it
  • I'd stopped doing because I didn't trust my body anymore

Your horse needs you to be present.

Not distracted by pain, bracing for the next flare-up, or calculating whether you can handle what comes next.

When you're in pain, it's hard to notice what your horse is communicating. You're up in your head, strategizing, guarding.

Relief brings you back into your body—and back into real connection.

That's what changes the whole partnership.

You don't need to overhaul your life. You need the right inputs, practiced consistently enough that your nervous system can learn something different.

The sooner you start, the less you have to untangle later—and the more riding years you get to enjoy without pain holding you back.

This Is For You If...

You're a rider or horse lover who refuses to let pain decide whether you show up—but you're exhausted from pushing through.

  • You're dealing with chronic pain that moves around, doesn't make sense, or keeps coming back—and nothing has stuck long-term

  • Fear or anxiety has crept in, making you second-guess, brace before you mount, or avoid what used to feel normal

  • You don't want medication to numb you out—you want to hear your body and understand what it's saying

  • You're open to trying something different, willing to practice, and don't want to do this alone

  • You're looking for lasting change, not just another way to manage through the next few months

My Commitment to You

I don't offer refunds, because this work depends on mutual commitment and participation. But I am fully invested in your progress.

If you show up for your sessions, engage with your personalized plan, and genuinely don't notice any shift by the end of the program—whether that's less pain, better sleep, more ease at the barn, or greater confidence in your body—I'll offer one additional month of support at no charge.

My goal isn't to manage your expectations. It's to help you gain real momentum—and I'm committed to making sure this works for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need to be currently riding to benefit from this?

Not at all. Whether you're in the saddle every week, haven't ridden in months because of pain or injury, or mostly spend time with your horse on the ground—this program will meet you where you are. The skills and relief you gain will support your body and your connection with your horse, no matter your current routine.

  • What if I have a busy schedule or need to miss a session?

Life happens—I get it. You'll have 4 months to complete your 12 sessions, which builds in flexibility for barn emergencies, travel, or those weeks when life just gets in the way. If you need to reschedule, just give me 24 hours' notice and we'll find another time. No stress, no penalty.

  • What if I don't see results right away?

Everyone's timeline is different, but most clients begin noticing something shift within the first few sessions—whether that's less tension during or after the session, better sleep, steadier energy, or more confidence at the barn.

This is a gentle, steady approach. Sometimes the earliest changes aren't about pain levels at all—they're about feeling more present, less afraid, or simply trusting your body a little more than you did before. Around the halfway mark, we'll pause to reflect on what's changing and adjust as needed.

  • Is this suitable for all ages or riding styles?

Absolutely. This work is about your body and nervous system, not your age, discipline, or competition level. I've worked with clients of all ages dealing with various kinds of pain. The only requirement is a willingness to try something different and give yourself the chance to feel better.

  • What equipment or space do I need?

You'll need a quiet space where you can move safely—enough room to walk and practice simple movements without obstacles. Good lighting and a stable internet connection are important so I can see your movement clearly during our Zoom sessions. A computer (not just a phone or tablet) works best for our sessions together.

  • What's your refund or cancellation policy?

I want you to feel confident before enrolling—that's why I encourage everyone to book a free call with me first, so we can make sure this is truly the right fit.

Because this work is personalized and depends on consistent participation, I don't offer refunds once we begin. But I am fully committed to your progress, and I ask that you be equally committed to showing up, practicing, and staying in communication about what's working and what's not.

If you've been fully participating—attending sessions, practicing your drills—and you genuinely don't notice any improvement by the end of the program, I'll offer one additional month of support at no charge. My goal is to help you gain momentum, not leave you stuck.

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. I'm flexible when life happens, and I'm committed to helping you stay supported along the way.
