The Capacity Collective

Build the capacity to show up and lead at your best without losing your edge, your momentum, or yourself

Think about a tense meeting, someone's meltdown, or a decision you've been dreading that get you off kilter, frustrated or anxious.

What if the moments that used to knock you sideways no longer did?

What if, instead of reacting like you usually would, you caught yourself before that emotion rose up and responded with kindness, empathy and clear boundaries.

Instead of flying off the handle and speaking quickly in tense moments, you’re able to slow down and speak from a grounded place instead of anxious rambling and overexplaining.

Imagine that decision where you
know someone is going to be disappointed, but you're able to separate yourself from it because you know it's not yours to tend.

I See You

Trying to do right by everyone else has left you abandoning yourself when you’re under stress.

As a self aware, high achieving woman, your awareness and understanding of this pattern gives you a sense of control. It
feels like you’ve got a handle on it, but In the moments when you're courageous enough to tell yourself the truth, you know that's not the case. Managing the pattern and changing it are two different things.

You might be telling yourself that it's a phase. “It’s not really that bad. Things will settle soon.” Underneath that, there’s often a quiet worry that something's wrong with you.

You're smart, capable, and have a thousand tigers by the tail, but you know there are still a few patterns getting in the way.

I see you because
I've been you.

If more information or willpower were the solution, you would have solved this long ago. Getting out of your own way isn't a matter of thinking differently or trying harder. Lasting change comes by making small steps in a supportive environment.

The Capacity Collective
is a six-week container with space and community to practice new ways of being and doing.

It was created so you can build the capacity to show up and lead at your best without losing your edge, your momentum, or yourself.

Meet Your Guide

Recently, I was working with a yearling filly who feels safest when she's the one in control. I was trying to offer her connection built on trust instead of control. I misread a moment, and she nipped me. For about half a second, my first response was pure anger, my hands went up and I began to yell. Then, in that moment, I caught myself, settled, and thought, this is not who I want to be. I want to be connected, not reactive. I settled back into that same calm energy I'd been offering the whole time and kept going.

You might not work with horses. But you probably know someone who feels safest when they're the one in control. A colleague, a teenager, a business partner, a parent, or yourself. The moment is the same either way.
The question was never whether I'd get triggered. It's what I do in the half second after.

As a certified xchange approach guide, I tea
ch from that same place, in the body, not just the head. I draw on years of trauma-informed training, embodied intelligence, and nervous system science. Those are what got me back to that filly instead of walking away from her.

This is for the woman who...

  • Knows what she should do but she can't make herself do it.
  • Is tired of working the old way but isn't sure how to change your habits
  • Is willing to practice something different to get different results
  • Doesn't want to do this entirely on her own.

Why now is the perfect time to begin

When you start in October, you'll be well practiced at staying connected to yourself under pressure by the time the holidays and end of year push are here.
